Our club AKRP Zagreb has entered the tournament in Nagyatad,
Hungary with 2 men teams and 2 women teams. For the first time women team
Detono Zagreb have won the tournament in Hungary, men team Detono Zagreb have
finished 3rd. Both Chemo profili teams, men and women were very close to better
placement but they couldn’t make it this time.

16 teams from 4 countries(Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Poland) have
participated in men part of the tournament in Nagyatad. Winner and the biggest
surprise of the tournament was team from Poland, BHT Damy Rade who won matches
against former and current European champions, Axa beach stars Budapest and
Detono Zagreb.

After group matches girls were on the 2nd position
with just one loss against Szentendre NKE, team in which most of the Hungaryan
national team players play. In semis they were playing against their old rivals
OVB Beach girls and won after shoot out, deserving a chance in finals for
payback. After a thrilling match, girls from Detono Zagreb have showed a bit
more and won for the first time tournament in Hungary.
