EHF’s Committee for beach handball, with its president Laszlo Sinko from Hungary, was elected in September 2009 and started to initiate many projects which represent the base for development of this sport as independent sports discipline, within the european handball family.

One of the main tasks of the Committee is the education of referees, delegates and trainers which maintain constantly from 1999. With a goal to continue this practice, one of the parts of final EBT Masters tour will be the sixth EHF’s seminar for the EHF’s referee candidates, fifth seminar for the beach handball delegates and third seminar for the beach handball trainers.

It’s important to say that participants of the seminars have to be under 30 years old and have to comply certain criteria, such as participation in beach handball activities and competence in english language.

As well, the number of participants is limited, so there will be able to participate only 6 referee couples and ten delegates and trainers.

The exposers on the seminars will be the members of EHF’s Committee for beach handball:

Marco Trespidi from Italy, Ole Jorstad from Norway, Koray Akgüloglu from Turkey and George Bebetstos from Greece, and also the members of EHF’s Office, austrians Peter Fröschl and Helmut Höritsch.
