BHC Zagreb will be part of Krakow’s beach handball tournament

Members of the Academic beach handball club Zagreb will be part of the entertaining tournament in Polish city of Krakow at the end of the April. Furthermore, men and women tems were invited to demonstrate the beach handball at the Krakow University.

The main contributor and the key player of this wonderfull idea is Mrs Adriana Chowańska. Last year she studied in Croatia where she played the beach handball for BHC Zagreb.

Beach handball champions cup- draw

At the beginning of the November, beach handball Champions cup will be held at the attractive location on Gran Canaria island. This competition was organized by European handball federation for the first time and its role is to prolong the beach handball season. Qualified teams should be the national champions in their countries and that is the main difference between the other EHF competition, the EBT Masters finals, where teams collect points on different European tournaments and the best of all play Masters finals. On the first Champions cup Croatia will have its representatives also.

Urugvaj u vrhu južnoameričkog rukometa na pijesku

Nekoliko dana nakon što je završilo Američko prvenstvo u rukometu na pijesku Urugvajska reprezentacija vratila se kući s odličnim rezultatima.

Američko prvenstvo u rukometu na pijesku („Panamericano de Beach Handball 2014“) održalo se od 19. do 23. veljače 2014. u Asunciónu, Paragvaj. Sudjelovale su sljedeće nacije u obje konkurencije: Brazil, Argentina, Urugvaj, Mexico, Venezuela i Paragvaj.

National Australian championships

Beach handball expanding and global positioning on the world sports map has undergone another step forward. In the period from February 13 to February 16, 2014. Australian teams played the national championship. Teams and players from across the country are willing to show their skills on sand.

Applications for Jarun cup are open

Applications for the tournament Jarun cup 2014. are open until 26.04.2014. up to 24:00 h.

Participation fee for senior teams is 45 € (early registration until 24.3.2014.). After that date, participation  will cost 60€ per team. Application deadline is set to 26.4.2014. up to 24:00 h.

Participation for the youth teams will be 30€ (1996. and younger), and 15€ for younger age categories (1998. and younger).

Beach handball interview- Joachim Gossow

Almost two months were passed since last whistle was made on beach handball tournament held in Colombian Cali during the world games. But, still- it is worth to watch the interview with the Joachim Gossow, Chief executive officer (CEO) of International world games assocciation.
