Akademski klub rukometa na pijesku Detono Zagreb sudjelovao je proteklog vikenda na turniru u mađarskom Zalaegerszegu, gdje se u organizaciji kluba rukometa na pijesku AXA beach stars Budapest (aktualni europski prvaci), rušio Guinnessov rekord u trajanju jednog turnira rukometa na pijesku. Nakon 28-satnog neprekidnog trajanja turnira moglo se ustanoviti da je rekord postavljen te da su ekipe Detono Zagreba postigle jako dobar rezultat.
Academic beach handball club Detono Zagreb participated last weekend at the tournament in Zalaegerszeg, small Hungarian city, where BHC AXA beach stars Budapest (current European champions) organized the tornament for world Guinness record. After a 28-hour continuous duration of the beach handball tournament could be established that the record is set. Also, teams from Detono Zagreb accomplished very good result.
Yesterday we received details on our official mail address about last EBT tournament in this season (for our teams). Beach handball club Axa beach stars from Budapest organize 24 hour beach handball tournament and they intend to get in Guinness book of world records. I must say that this is a very good idea for beach handball promotion. Many Hungarian teams will support this idea. Two teams from Croatia, beside our teams, will participate on this tournament: KRP Dugi Rat and White boys. One team from Italy in men and women category will participate too.
